RBackup Remote Backup Software is sold by the maximum number of Clients each RBS Server can service. All RBackup online backup software packages come with RBS Server software and multiple licenses for online backup Client software, one year of Basic Support, and a trial subscription to Priority Support.
Client licenses can be re-used if they are removed from service. The Client count is the number of active Client accounts your server has, not necessarily the number of Client installations you have distributed. RBackup Client software backs up shared drives. So, in many cases you can use one Client account to back up several computers if they share common drives in a network.

Shipping Orders shipped within the USA are shipped by U.S. Priority Mail for delivery within 3-5 business days. International orders are shipped via International Priority Mail. Orders received before noon US Central Time will be shipped the same business day, otherwise orders will be shipped the next business day. Overnight shipping is available for an additional $60 within the USA, and $150 internationally up to 4:00PM US Central Time.
Remote Backup Systems warrants that (a) the SOFTWARE will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt. At Remote Backup Systems' option, we will either (a) return of the price paid, or (b) repair or replace the product that does not meet this Limited Warranty and which is returned to Remote Backup Systems with a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the software has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication. Any replacement software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. Other than the above warranty, Remote Backup Systems' return policy is limited to replacement of defective diskettes and materials, or repair of the software. As with most software companies, RBS offers no form of a "money-back guarantee." Some of our software can be downloaded and used immediately after online purchase. Many use our software as the basis for a business which depends very strongly for its success on the capabilities and business acumen of the owner. We cannot guarantee the success of businesses started using our software. Because of these factors, all sales are final and non-refundable.
