Multitenancy is an optional feature of the Web Manager and E-Commerce PlugIns that supports a Partner network, allowing you to share your Service with Resellers or "Partners." Groups are replaced with Partners, and each Partner has its own login and can manage its own Endpoints.
Each Partner has its own customization and branding portal, custom help files, custom email notifications, Payment Gateways, service plans, client-side branding and customization, and more.
The Multitenancy feature slightly alters the way the Web PlugIns are managed from the standard installation. This documentation serves both.
