We do not offer protected territories in North America. We sometimes contract for exclusive territory in countries outside North America.

In this business we don't define "competition" the same way other businesses do. Even if we have sold an RBS Business Kit to someone nearby, you might never compete with them for business. Only about 1/3 of the sales we make are to people who actually go into business offering RBS services to the public. The other 2/3 go to people like computer consultants and accountants who offer RBS services only to their own existing clients as part of their larger existing service, and to companies who use our software to back up their own computers.

Further, we find that rather than limit one anothers' business, two RBS Providers in the same market actually help one anothers' business by raising the public's awareness about Remote Backup.
