Service Providers - Service Provider Partners purchase 50 client licenses or more, and maintain Priority Support. RBS offers a listing in the Referral Network, a 25% discount on more licenses, access to special utilities as they are available, and access to the Partner's Portal.
Gold Partner - Gold Partners purchase more than 1,000 Client licenses. In addition to everything in the Service Provider Partnership, RBS offers special pricing on volume licensing, custom Server and Client configurations, consulting, custom programming and other services. Service Provider Partnerships can also include exclusive territories and custom software. RBS sometimes partners with Gold Partners in equity relationships. Gold Partners have input into software development plans, so they are able to help guide the development of the software they use.
Resellers - Reseller Partners resell Remote Backup Systems' products, and provide service and support for them. These products include basic software packages that contain a server and Clients. Reseller Partnerships are a good fit for computer resellers and consultants.
Integration - Integration Partners build Remote Backup Systems' products into their own software. This solution is often private-labeled, and may include RBS' complete software packages or individual components.
