Client reported having trouble with a particular customer who’s backups appeared to be skipping quickbooks files, which were very large. Other trouble included backup sessions that logged out and in again after 10 minutes or so.

The trouble was found in the Router’s setup. A filter had been set for TCP timeout at 600 (10 minutes.) Changing the timeout to 6000 (100 minutes) solved all problems.
