If this occurs try using the right-side panel to drill down instead of the left-side treeview.

This error is in windows itself and can vary depending on the mix of applications running concurrently. People reporting this problem have solved it by re-installing Windows. However, it’s best to know this workaround in case a folder presents this problem and you don’t want to re-install Windows. It will not affect backups at all.

If you want more information on this Windows problem, search the internet for “comctl32″ and “Access Violation”, you’ll see that it is a widespread issue in the windows world and affects us as well, but has been greatly minimized in our application.
