By default, the client uses the C:\Temp\Rbackup\ location to prepare files for backup. Check to make sure that this path exists.
If there is no Temp folder on C:\ then create one.
You can also change location of Temp Folder if you need to, on the client. This is under Options: Preferences: double click on the padlock icon, enter the override password (the default is Admin) - go to to Backup tab: Temp Folder to change the location.
