Error 11001 sometimes happens when you have incorrect settings that affect how the RBS Client software dials an ISP.
Start the RBS Client software. Click OPTIONS > PREFERENCES > CONNECTION tab.
If you want your Client to dial the ISP to establish an Internet connection, select the “ISP” option under “Connection Type.”
Then, in the “Connection to ISP” area select “Default” to have the RBS Client use this computer’s default ISP connection. Of course, there must be a default connection and it must work properly.
OR
You can select from the ISP connections already set up for this computer by using the pull-down menu.
If your operating system is Windows 2000 or greater, AND you use AOL or MSN, you can select the “Windoes (INet)” option to activate your AOL or MSN dialer.
