Versions of the Client Online Installer (the part that goes on your web site) before version 8.2.21 were based on the standard Java model. When Netscape released their version 6 they changed to Java 2. This makes some Online Installers pre 8.2.21 fail with the message:

Netscape security model is no longer supported. Please migrate to the Java 2 security model instead

So we migrated. Version 8.2.21 includes a new online installer that supports Java 2. You will find it in this folder after you upgrade to the latest Server version:

\Program Files\RBS Server\Web\OnlineInstaller\Copy these files to your website, and make sure you modify the “index.htm” file that should be in the \OnlineInstaller\ folder on your website. The new one contains support for the Java 2 model.
